1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our business involving custom-built, imported, and industrial-grade machinery, all sales are considered final. Refunds are only provided under specific and approved conditions, as outlined below.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for the following:

  • Custom-built machines
  • Imported or special-order items
  • Used or installed machinery
  • Fabrication projects or prototypes
  • Service charges, installation fees, or consulting fees
  • Automation software, PLC/HMI programming licenses or tools

3. Eligible Refund Conditions

A refund or partial refund may be considered under these conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective on delivery
  • The product delivered does not match the confirmed order specification
  • The machine is unrepairable under warranty, and no replacement is possible

To be eligible:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase
  • Inspection and verification by our technical team is required

4. Refund Process

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days, using the original method of payment or as agreed. In some cases, a restocking or administrative fee may apply.

5. Exchange Option

In lieu of a refund, we may offer:

  • Exchange for a similar item, if available
  • Repair or replacement under warranty terms

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders for custom or imported items cannot be cancelled once production or import has begun
  • For standard orders, cancellation is allowed within 24 hours of order confirmation
  • Any cancellation beyond this window may incur a cancellation fee
