3. Orders and Pricing

  • All quotations are valid for a limited time unless otherwise stated.
  • Pricing is subject to change based on market conditions, import duties, and custom specifications.
  • A deposit or full payment may be required before production or delivery begins.

4. Payments

  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, mobile payment systems, and cash.
  • Invoices must be paid in full before delivery unless prior arrangements are made.
  • Late payments may incur service delays or additional fees.

5. Delivery & Installation

  • Delivery times vary depending on the complexity and availability of the product.
  • TechShop Engineering is not responsible for delays caused by customs, transport disruptions, or force majeure.
  • Installation and testing are available upon agreement and may include additional service fees.

6. Warranty and Support

  • Most machines include a limited warranty against manufacturing defects (terms vary by product).
  • Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized repairs, or external damage.
  • After-sales technical support is provided for eligible customers within the support period.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Custom-built or imported machinery is generally non-refundable unless defective on delivery.
  • Claims for damaged or faulty items must be made within 7 days of receipt.
  • Return or repair requests must be approved in writing by TechShop Engineering.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, product concepts, and technical documents provided by TechShop Engineering are the intellectual property of the company. You may not reproduce, share, or use these materials without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TechShop Engineering will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our machines or services. Our total liability is limited to the value of the specific product or service provided.

10. Privacy

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka jurisdiction.
